We finally got new carpet for our second floor bedrooms, and new vinyl flooring for the first floor after living in the house for 35 years. They look great! It was a pleasure to work with Friends & Family Flooring team. It's a positive experience from initial contact with Mimi, house visit by Ethan, coordination by Jesse and the actual installation. There were some minor issues, but the team was responsive and took care of them. Everyone was professional. Thank you team!

Thanks to the Friends and Family team for their great work refinishing (more like restoring!) our 1950s wood floors. They were extremely efficient yet careful and clean, with amazing results! We cannot get over how amazing our floors look. We had no idea that could come from our very rough old floors. They look brand new. We had gotten 3 quotes and Friends and Family was the most reasonable by a landslide. You wouldn't know it by the quality though! We will definitely work with them again in the future

We contracted F&FF to repair a section of hardwood flooring that had become stained and warped over time. The craftsmen were courteous and proficient, and the new flooring is virtually indistinguishable from the original. They also expedited the job at no extra cost to accomodate our schedule. I highly recommend them!

We were very happy with our results. The 1750s farm house has less than perfect floors to work with. They made the look like new but kept the original imperfections like we wanted. Great group of guys
